Two-time GRAMMY Award winner and multi-platinum recording artist Lauren Daigle has been nominated for two Billboard Music Awards – Top Christian Artist and Top Christian Song – “Rescue.” The “2020 Billboard Music Awards” is set to air on NBC and will broadcast live Wednesday, Oct. 14 at 8:00 P.M. EST.

This exciting news comes on the heels of Daigle‘s cross-over mega-hit “You Say” reaching a truly historic milestone that is making a splash across the industry. Billboard certified earlier this month that “You Say” has ruled at No. 1 on the Hot Christian Songs chart for 100 weeks. “You Say” made chart history back in October 2019 when it passed Hillsong UNITED‘s “Oceans (Where Feet May Fail” as the longest-running No. 1 song on Hot Christian Songs at 62 weeks. This charting lands “You Say” as the first song across any genre to claim the No.1 spot on one of Billboard’s Hot charts for 100 weeks.
